• Standard advertising package - advertise all your polo and equine vacancies from polo players, grooms, riders and instructors (on our website, social media sites, facebook, twitter and linkedin). Simply create a login in our Polo HR section and create your ad now. We will then promote these ads on our social media sites, including facebook, twitter and linkedin and applicants can then apply for the position direct through the Polo HR section. For an additional fee per month you can have your ad featured on our homepage in the featured ad section.
• Bespoke headhunting service - The Polera will look for the right applicant to suit your needs discreetly. We have a large database of grooms, polo players and polo managers which we can send you for review. Then should you wish to contact them to arrange an interview, a headhunter contact fee is then charged.
• Polo profile - we also offer the opportunity to create your own online polo profile/CV which you can edit with all your polo experience, tournaments, photos and videos. You can then send this link to potential employers and employers looking for applicants on our site can also check out your profile, we will also add you to our database for recommendation to employers. Simply create a login in our Polo HR section and select polo profile and you can get started. And the best thing? Its free for an introductory period!
